TerribleMia I agree 100 %! It all comes down to interoperability and making it easier for people to join such a “network of personal sites”. And I doubt that such a web of websites will ever create the network effect necessary to make it useful for a majority of people.Permalink On twitter.com

TerribleMia But maybe the time of platforms for everyone ultimately comes to an end if only the weirdos are left. There might be an opportunity then in building smaller, open communities and carefully interweaving them once they are established. Which also takes a lot of work, of course. 😅On twitter.com
